If you are building over Seven Trent's Sewers then you will require a build-over survey.
Will I need a Survey after we complete the construction?
Sometimes you do have to provide two surveys and pre-build over survey and post-build over survey.

Unfortunately, yes - If a second post-build over survey is required then a completely new survey will be required.
